Website data: form submissions; device/IP; pages viewed; cookies (see Cookies Notice).
Special-category data: we do not seek health/medical or other special-category data. If you include it inadvertently, we minimise or delete it unless law requires retention.

2) Why we use your data & lawful bases (UK GDPR)

Quality, safety, fraud-prevention, training (incl. call recording), and legal record-keeping. Basis: Legitimate interests; Legal obligation for some records.

Marketing (optional): if you opt-in, occasional updates/offers with easy opt-out. Basis: Consent/Legitimate interests (as applicable).

3) Who we share data with

Service providers you choose (recovery, storage, repairers, replacement-vehicle firms). You contract with them directly.
IT/communications/hosting vendors (email, telephony, CRM, website).
Professional advisers/authorities where required (e.g., legal, HMRC, police).
We do not sell your data.

4) International transfers

If any vendor stores data outside the UK, we use a lawful transfer mechanism (e.g., UK adequacy, IDTA or UK Addendum to SCCs) and carry out a transfer risk assessment where required. Details available on request.

5) Your rights

You may access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time (no penalty).
To exercise rights: accidentassistnetwork@gmail.com.
Fees: we don’t charge, unless a request is manifestly unfounded/excessive or for duplicate copies—then a reasonable fee may apply. You can also complain to the ICO.

We use organisational and technical controls to protect data. No online transmission is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and be cautious with links/attachments.

7) Children

Our services target adults. We do not knowingly process children’s data.
