Often, yes—in eligible cases where third-party liability is accepted we arrange a comparable, fully insured hire vehicle, subject to availability and terms.

In eligible non-fault cases, reasonable hire costs are pursued from the at-fault insurer, so no upfront payment is usually required. You must meet your duty to mitigate and follow the hire terms.

Where liability is accepted, we seek reasonable costs from the at-fault insurer and arrange direct billing where possible. Storage should be short and the vehicle moved promptly.

If all costs are recovered from the third party, your NCB is usually unaffected, but premiums and excess handling can still vary—check your policy and any NCB protection.
